&CRU was founded in 2019 by three like-minded individuals; Tiaan, Jonathan & Pedre.
Tiaan du Plessis
Tiaan is our CTO and our tech go-to-guy. He is responsible for scaling and coordinating our self-organized teams to meet the requirements of our project deliverables.

Jonathan Middleton
Jonathan is our CFO and project owner. He is responsible for the day to day tinkering of our team and makes sure that the lights stay on from a financial perspective.
Jonathan loves to deliver products effectively and efficiently, he has spent a lot of time doing this in the past and has brought his own personal flavor to the team.
Pedre Viljoen
Pedre is our CEO and cloud solutions go-to-guy. He is responsible for ensuring that &CRU makes the right technical decisions with projects and cloud infrastructure when required.
